I hate it when people like "indie" music and hate rap or hip-hop. I also kind of dislike it when Björk tries to do hiphop and ends up doing ridiculous stupid music, but that's another thing, I don't really care.

I really dislike people who like indie music and hate rap, hip hop or pop music, because they think indie is superior or glorious or something like that... and they also think The Strokes is indie. I don't know who invented that stupid term but they should wash their clothes. There's a show in mexican TV called in-d, with this fugly fucker and fuglier fuckerette who talk about "indie" music and they invite guests to their show and go to coachella and dress in skinny jeans and have playmobil hairdo's. And they do the whole "indie" thing, and the only reason I dislike them is.... not even because they like indie (whatever that is), but because, when the idiotic man talks about the pussycat dolls, he talks about them like they're crap but they're sexy. And the truth is... they are QUITE, pardon my french, FUCKING GOOD (and sexy).

And by the way, making pop music is not that easy, I mean hello?, ABBA? greatest pop group ever, no one ever has managed to even copy them correctly, no one will ever surpass them.

But, rap and hip hop music, very discriminated by the indie lovers. I never listen to rap music, I don't like it much, I like Philip Glass, whenever I'm not listening to pop-music I'm listening to Philip Glass, he calms me down, but sometimes, when I like a drumming sequence or a melody or something about the production I pay attention, even if it's indie, even if it's rap or whatever it is (even if it's tropical panama) (they're such dears by the way), I don't know ANYTHING about rap and hip hop music, I like Outkast, I like the way Snoop raps and stuff like that, I was changing channels the other day and heard this dude doing this thing like singing softly these (in a nice slow melody, quite nice)

They see me rollin'
They hatin'
Patrollin'
And tryin. to catch me ridin. dirty.

(and then he repeats the last phrase in a quicker melody more like rapping but slurring the dirty word)

And I think to myself.... "nice", and my nephew, who's 11 and suddenly likes rap and hip hop asked me to make him a mix cd, so I downloaded chamillionaire and nelly and stuff like that. So i listened to the whole Chamillionaire record...

There's a couple songs that I really dig like Grown and Sexy, Radio Interruption and of course Ridin', and so my conclusion today is... CONGRATULATIONS to that dude Chamillionaire.

and those indie loving hiphop and pop hatin fuckers can lock themselves in their caves and listen to kings of leon for eternity.

And just like I said to a dude who was in a hippie costume in my halloween party one day... I got my first job from my agency like 4 days ago, so I sent the rough to the client. And she said "great, send in high res" like aaaaaa she didn't even ask me for changes! I'm like so excited! So woohooo effeeeeeeers. It was a really difficult thing cuz it needed glitter and stuff.

I'm so happy. I hope I get more and more jobs.

And I got a weird stomach infection-type thing that rised my temperature.
